Yesterday my first group of Metabolic nutrition clients finished their 28 days, and even though i knew the results would be good, never did i think they would be this amazing
– one lady has lost 8 kg, dropped down 2 dress sizes (down to a 12 now) and lost overall 36 cm of body fat (14 of them from tummy alone!)

today I’ve taken measurements of the first person who started this plan 28 days ago… results…
she has lost over 32cm from her hips and tummy, she’s down 1 full dress size, has more energy than ever before, better night sleep.!!

i just finished my level 3 metabolic nutrition certification and i can tell you you are eating a lot of stuff that your body can not deal with no matter how much exercise you do.

As emilia is heavily pregnant Zumba is a no no for her now til end of pregnancy…im coming back full time in January and i’ll be taking over her classes…. and i have a fab new class coming on wed at 9pm…very much like zumba but even more fun…called BOKWA!!

I prefer taking weight loss supplements like proactol to going in such clubs
Are these things not fads? are weight loss supplements not more of a short term loss and when you stop the weight piles back on? Nothing like eating better and getting up and moving to lose weight

yes mixed classes…but 90 % of our clients are female… although we have a few very hard working men there 🙂
for pay as you go is works as always, no booking just turn up on the day.
I think the morning classes and friday will be ok for room, however the evening ones might be very busy (2 of them are already almost full)

and we have already seen the changes that it can have in the body with our bootcamp people…even my fittest person lost 10 pounds as she didnt realise some of the stuff she was eating was causing her body to store extra fat!!
