    That was a great class last night – my arms & shoulders and legs are all really feeling it today. The ‘Can Can’ is my favourite – it is so fast that yo cannot help buy laugh when you are doing it and my kicks are definitely getting higher, so that’s progress!

    If anyone fancies it next Wednesday night at 9pm, we’ll be there and you are guaranteed great craic 😀

    MaryE – if you want to come along I’ll meet you there, I swear, you will leave with a smile on your face. A friend of mine came along last night for first time and she loved it. Said it was not at all what she expected, she is coming back next week too.

    I prefer taking weight loss supplements like proactol to going in such clubs

    I’m starting this next week, looking forward to it!

    Also starting metabolic effect too… starting that on Monday!

    Thanks Laura, but God am I sore this evening!! Starting to dread tomorrows class now!!!! 😀

    Then the day after the LBD class, which scares me as I wasn’t able for it last year, but fingers crossed I’ll get through it!

    I prefer taking weight loss supplements like proactol to going in such clubs

    Are these things not fads? are weight loss supplements not more of a short term loss and when you stop the weight piles back on? Nothing like eating better and getting up and moving to lose weight

    yes Taylor..totally agree!! Guys when it comes to weight loss there is no secret pill you can take!! It’s all about education yourself about your body. I have been in the fitness industry as a professional for 17 years and i have see n every diet and slimming club available!! A few months ago I met with a doctor (who specialises in nutrition) and he said something to me that i had never heard before in the diet world:
    ‘east less exercise more is a weight loss mantra, not a fat loss tool’ If you want to be hungry all the time, loose muscle along the way and regain all the weight back ending up fatter then follow this advice.If you want sustained fat loss and body change, eat more of the right stuff and exercise efficiently and smarter.’
