    Ok…Its the new year, most of us are doing Op Transformation and want to shed some weight…I am trying to get a group of mams together who want to tone up and have a laugh at the same time…I did Pole-dancing Fitness two years ago and had a great time…there is nothing sleezy about it (sorry), its just a group of girls having a laugh whilst getting fit…its great exercise as well!! And it suits all fitness levels (just bring your sense of humour!!) Laura in Labfitness will put on a mumstown group for us (probably on a Thursday evening) if we can get 10girls together, and will give us a great rate of €60 for the 8wks…so who’s up for it:

    Well this just shows what type of girls we are, just mention a pole and its like a stampede!!!!
    Is fab going to do this? i think mumof2 will be adding to the list… Girls who are thight on money I think they do a pay as you go offer….
