Have you tried Phenergan / Piriton? I’d have a chat with Conor down the pharmacy….. just to be sure…. but I’d def bring the Phenergan out… 😉
I haven’t tried this particular version as yet…. but I can only imagine that it would do the business. Coming from a very hot climate, I can say that sunburn was more common than not… and anything with aloe vera was the way to go. It helps to soothe and heal, and I wouldn’t get anything sun related without it, to be honest. So, I reckon I’ll have to be picking some of this up….. especially with this glorious summer that I just pray we are going to be having!
My hair is in dire need of a colour….. so I’ve bought one….. which I’ll use within the next few days. I’ve got some outdoors painting to do first! And then I’ll be able to give the shampoo a real run for it’s money. My first gut reaction would be a def yes….. my hair is def in better shape…. so I can only imagine that its going to do what it says on the tin, and look after the colour….. 😉 I’ll report back once the colour is in! lol
I think the rollercoaster and dinosaurs are creating great excitement! Def want to take my brood over the summer.. 🙂
Our communion was over the weekend… amidst the pouring rain…. but it didn’t put a damper on things at all… 😉 We only had a few friends and family back to the house, so there wasn’t any panic about being able to accommodate everyone inside. We had food from Relish (which was fab)… and we decorated the house for the lady of the moment….. it was a brilliant day…. 😉 I can honestly look back and say that I wouldn’t have changed a thing…. and the rain, although annoying, wasn’t a huge deal.

Ginger biccies…. (they seem to take away the nausea…. the ginger seems to cancel it out)…
I literally had a packet of biscuits next to the bed…. and I would nibble one before I even lifted my head from the pillow in the morning…. 😉Also…. eating, little and often…. don’t ever let yourself "get hungry", cos that’s when it will hit you.
And lastly…. I used the sickness bands…. I believe that they helped me immensely…. 😉
Induced with DS…. had gel at lunchtime….. then a few hours later "labour" started….. my waters had to be broken both times….. but he was born at 4.16am…..
My DD…. I woke up at about 5am with contractions…. headed to hospital at around 8am… and herself was born just after lunch at 1.35pm….
Get it checked, if it hasn’t eased….. All four of us got it last summer… which made our trip to the UK rather interesting. It was conjunctivitis with us, and it was contagious. Our son got it the week before school finished last year, so he was booked off… and then it went through the rest of us. If it is conjunctivitis…. you might not be able to send them back to school on Monday….x
Good…. it sounds like you have made your decision…. 😀 Nobody should be made to feel the way you did….. perhaps with a bit of luck he will cop on…. though it sounds like he is a grumpy arrogant idiot….. ;(

As a matter of interest….. did he swear at you? Its a tricky one….. were the kids in the car with you? I’m not very good with downright abusive people, and that kind of sounds like what he was. In terms of going to the Guards….. realistically, whatwill they do? Its a case of "he said / she said"….
