    Wednesday 27th
    Plate 20 mins
    Ran 5km

    Noleen, have been using it every day, i did some rough measurements at the beginning and will leave it another couple of weeks before i do it again. I notice it in my arms and my bum! Have started running aswell so not sure how much of it is down to the VP. Enjoying it though very relaxing, can feel it working!

    Really happy with myself, would love to go for run today but i know that i need to let myself rest. Was delighted was in Kilkenny Wed night, brought my gear and went to gym in hotel and did my 5km!

    Doing it in about 35mins at a nice gentle pace, need to crank it up in the next week!

    Fabienne i get up a few mins early and do 20 mins, relaxes me and sets me up for the day, feel the difference in my arms and bum!

    Thrilled with myself, with the Cupids Dash less than a week away and a few hills included, got myself out this morning and ran 8km which included a hill. Delighted felt great.

    Swimming tonight with the boys and tomorrow just a 5km, take it easy before the big race.

    I have only lost a couple of pounds but have lost inches…bought 2 new suits for work 3 weeks ago only took the labels off them last week and the trousers are hanging off me.
