This is another one I picked up over Christmas and found it a total gripping read. Its about a woman who has a c-section, under general anaesthetic and is told her baby died. She never gets to see her baby and believes her husband that their baby simply died.
But all is not as it seems when a woman turns up on her doorstep, telling her the baby was born alive and it was all a plot to take the baby away from her for sinister reasons.
Such a good read….another one I found hard to put down.
Thank goodness for pajama days, got to read loads over the Christmas, it was so lovely!

Haven’t had a chance to start it yet Sabbi will get to it soon though I’ve just read a fab book not out until April called just what kind of mother are you? by Paula Daly it’s fantastic. I’ll post up a review.

If you enjoyed that then you will definitely enjoy The Midwife’s Confession by Diane Chamberlain – it is something similar – excellent read.
