I had my girls in Saturday morning as a treat and we had 3 hot chocolates, 1 cappuccino, 2 baby scrambled eggs & toast and 2 scones and it only came to 15.20!! And it was all delish. Kids loved it. Definitely one to visit with the little ones too 😀

One positive thing is that if she is being a nightmare with everyone, then it is nothing to do with your performance personally and that is one thing you don’t have to worry about.
You could try talking to her with a ‘kindness’ approach. So maybe bring her a cup of tea and biscuit ask if she is feeling alright and say in a nice way that she seems…[Read more]

I wonder how much contractors are costing?? We will have to foot the bill at the end for all of this and it is being so badly managed.
They are so rude an obnoxious here – they have made a complete mess of our road. It was very dangerous to leave all that stuff lying around over the weekend. I said it to one of the guys and he could not have…[Read more]

All I can say is, keep the kids away from it. Its a total mess, our road is covered in bits and pieces of the installation gear.
Yesterday – again – we found a bunch of kids from the road trying to climb in to it!!
We have been pulling them away from it all weekend and I am seriously annoyed that it was left there.
Irish Water will be getting a…[Read more]

Jedt replied to the topic Was I being rude??? in the forum Exercise, Nutrition, Health Issues & illness 10 years, 1 month ago
Yep, that was my thinking. If someone smokes, that’s their choice and I have no right to say anything to them but I do have a right to move away and not breath it in.
I just could not believe the cheek of her!

You’ll get there haileysmum…keep at it.
I still had to stop a few times along the way and do bits of walking but I ran a fair amount of it and I am not feeling too bad today, so I suppose I must be getting used to it.
Someday I might actually run these love handles away 😆 😆 😆

Have not heard of that brand before. Is there something specific about it that you like? Might be able to recommend something similar.

We leave ours out in the rain all the time! It’s under a big bush at the front of the house and not a bother on it. It seems to be child and weather resistant! LOL!!

I ran 5km today girls. I cannot believe I did it. I have been averagin around 3-4km lately but today, I just kept going and got to 5km.
I’ll be honest, at around 3km I thought I might stop but I found some kind of inner strength and kept going (it was probably from when my 2 year old said to me this morning ‘Mammy, you have a big bum. I have a…[Read more]

Each stage brings different challenges (but also lots of wonderful stuff too!). School is great for routine but it means they are growing up so fast – I look at them and feel like its all going by in the blink of an eye!!

Hi Princess 2013. What age are your little girls?
I am a mum of 4, I have 3 girls and a boy aged 10, 9, 6 and 2. They are quite a handful but great fun (well, most of the time anyway!!)
At the moment the 9 and 6 year olds are having a very heated debate about which member of one direction is best. Its between Harry and Niall. And now the 2 year…[Read more]

We are big fans of Elave here. We started with the products for our children because they are so soft and free of nasty chemicals and then, statred using the grown up range too. I am now a massive fan of their cleansers – they are beautiful and do a fabulous job on cleansing while moisturising.
Excellent and 100% Irish which makes them even better 😀

I put it on in daytime when heading out & about (because we should always be wearing SPF on our skin & lips)
But I also put it on going to bed and it keeps my lips nice and moisturised all night.

My Brother booked Sandra McGrath. She covers Balbriggan-Drogheda areas and here is her facebook link: https://www.facebook.com/SanMcG?fref=ts
She does the photography for 650 I think – they said she was very well priced and she has a good reputation.
