Hi Ladies,
I have just discovered that I am pregnant, 7 weeks on Saturday. This is my first baby and we are thrilled. I am just wondering if anybody knows if there are any Pregnancy Yoga Classes in Dundalk? I would love to take part in them if there are any running.

MMMM dont know about that…but my friend had two babies one after the other these past two years…and she swam every day for the nine months…like ten laps a night…..she had the easiest deliveries i’ve ever heard tell off (and the most amazing post preg body!!), so if everything okay for me on the 9th….im going for a years membership -lol
