    Hi everyone,

    it has been suggested by some forum members that i should post this here.

    As Mumstown fitness expert, i’ve been thinking of coming up with an exercise plan for Mumstown members…most of you seem to be quite tuned in with diets, but i hardly ever see people talking about cardio and toning..so i have set myself a mission: to organise the first ever MUMSTOWN DROP A DRESS SIZE CLASS!!

    Labfitness is after opening a state of the art fitness facility in Mell (Drogheda) and at the moment we have a few empty slots..so i would like to know who would be interested in taking part in this.

    It would run for 8 weeks
    1 or 2 times per week
    at a very very reduced rate
    Classes will be designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, improve muscles tone and going down in size (if needed be).

    If interested please post here letting me know the day/time that would suit you better.

    i would be interested – evenings, sat aft or sun am best for me.
    Def need to do something – i’m doing ok with eating but not getting the exercise in and soooooooooo need it!

    Hi Laura,
    me too…..My best times early mornings . Starting 6.30 or 7.00am- the same as Labfitness bootcamp. Then you dont have any excuses not to do exercises. 🙄

    Between 11-2 Monday-Friday

    Or some evening after 7?

    Between 10 and 2 Mon-Fri or after 7 week day evenings, weekends not ideal.

    Twice a week 🙂

    Weekday evenings from 7pm.

    Preferably Mon, Tues or Wednesday.

    All mornings and evenings are out for me at the moment as dh is working nights and bang goes my free time…. Sat afternoon/eve or Sundays would suit me best..

    Have done 45 mins walk today and 2 hours dancing on the kinect 😆

    No I have been walking every day for almost a year, the dancing is for fun..but if it helps to tone up all the better.

    Want to get out and about more thats why I fancy the class.

    Funny at the moment down at Oldbidge all the new joggers around since Jan 1st..brand new shoes etc…I would know all the faces who walk/jog regularly there and there was about 5 new ones this a.m 😀 :D

    You know me I refuse to say I am on a diet or a keep fit binge!

    Weekdays out for me too, hubby also works lates different days each wk…Sat evenings and sunday morning/evening would be good for me 🙂
