    Anyone know if there is any exercise related classes around donacarney/mornington area, (dont have a car)

    yoga, keep fit etc i neeeed some!!!!

    sure thanks, good idea,
    just a bit nervous about roads, fast drivers and small roads.
    i read an article about mums meeting in a park and doing some stretches/yoga and walking it sounded cool.
    ill ask around if anyone are intrested in something similar,

    sabbi is doing her laytown-bettystn walk on wed i think
