    Just to mention – while googling bedwetting, I came on a site which says that thee drug – desmopresin – is no longer recommended for bedwetting for children by the US medicine board (can’t remember what it is called). It mentioned the nasal spray in particular. Didn’t have time to investigate further. Someone might check what the story is there….

    know the nasal spray isnt used any more but the tablets are here in Ireland .
