My daughter and her pal have egg mayo sandwiches at least once a week
It is hard to vary their lunches alright
My 2 hate sandwiches but they have them Mon to Thurs they’re given choice ham cheese chicken etc etc but invariably it’s ham for one and chicken for other.
Pasta is great alternative and can have all sorts added to it

Yes it’s disgraceful that hospitals basically take advantage of people who are sick
There should be a system in all hospitals where each Patient is allocated parking pass and in the case of terminally ill patients family’s it should be extended.

I was working in morning but was home around 2
Kids spent the day playing in friends house kept each other occupied

I’m 5lb down but havent moved in last 2 weeks…ive been away and wasn’t huge amount of healthy options so I’m happy to have stayed same.
