Found a great online Irish shoe company that has posture correcting insoles for children in their shoes and 15% off all purchases over €20. http://www.shoeboxkids.ie/
After a very disappointing experience of mis-fitting and trouble exchanging with a well known shoe company, we decided to look elsewhere and so we got shoes for our 3, 7, 9 & 11 year olds from Shoe Box Kids and they are all really excellent.
I am going to get myself a pair of the Muflon canvas style runners too because my 9 year old is living in hers and reckons they are the most comfy shoes she has!

The shoes are really good – our 3yr old has a habit of using her shoes as brakes on her scooter, despite us asking her not to and her little shoes have a rubber tip, so they are not getting scuffed.
Its one more thing I like about them
