    Elaine’s classes will give you a deep sense of wellbeing during pregnancy, and the tools for to prepare for the birth of your baby.
    Learn how to breathe, be active and in control throughout your labour with energising yoga stretches, relaxing breathing techniques, and visualisation in each class.
    These classes are a great way to meet other expectant mums, and provide the opportunity to relax and enjoy connecting with your baby.
