NEW BABY MASSAGE CLASS

A new baby massage class starts Thursday 3rd of September in Barlow house at 11am. Course covers swedish and indian massage, baby reflexology and baby yoga. Also feedback about baby development and group discussions and time for a cuppa and a chat.
Benefits of baby massage include improved sleep patterns, enhanced bonding, colic and gas relief, helps teething pain, chance for parents to socialise, relaxation and so much more.
Course runs for 5 weeks and group sizes are maximum of 7.

sounds great…. what time does it run to? ds finishes playschool at 12! woudlnt get back up the Dublin Road in time

Its for pre-crawlers. So whatever age that maybe. If they are really on the move it’s very difficult in the group setting. 😆

It is usually about 12.15 when I finish but the last part of the class is discussion and a cuppa and a chat so the massage part is covered first and you could leave at 11.45 if you wanted …but then ya miss out on the gossip.. 😆 😆
