A mix of modern functional pregnancy based exercises, to improve core & pelvic floor functioning during pregnancy, strengthening exercises to help alleviate back pain and improve overall strength, and a Stretch, Relax & Restore session at the end that will have you feeling amazing afterwards.
No Prior experience necessary. This class is suitable for pregnant women during ALL stages of pregnancy.
