    spagetti pasta with sauted red pepper, onion, garlic (loads!) and half tin chopped tomatoes seasoned.
    Glass diet 7 up

    Load sugary shitty sweets – WHY i ate them i dont know!

    Brown bap with cajan chicken, lettuce, tonatoe, spring onions n mayo light.
    Diet coke

    Ive noticed i friggin eat when im tired! Thank god overtime is over this eve!

    Pk crunch velvets AND a packet buttons!!!!!!!!!!! Disgusted!!!!!! Have to cop on!

    Ill be back prop next week cos ill be exercising galore n always eat prop when exercising!

    1 twirl funsize bar!

    Feckin got taste of choc from being stupid al week! Its cos wasnt exercising! Back into swing of things on Maonday!!!!!!!!!!!

    Right im back in again! Had bad few wks there but no excuse now! Got my wedding dress on sat so DETERMINED to get this flab off!

    Yeah the very first one i tried on! Love it! My friend cried when she saw me in it! Great to get that over with now i have to say!

    Salad, lettuce, tomatoe, red onion, egg, 2 slices ham with helmans light mayo & small piece beetroot
    2 slives granary brown bread
    1 glass diet 7 up

    handful peanuts

    Thats approx 1500 calories a day Yvonne. Did all me calculations. I have to get this friggin weight off if it kills me. Only takin 1500 for 2 wks n then itllbe 1900 aprox a day. On sayin that, i eat til im full then i stop. The fruit etc inbetween meals are power boost foods n give ya alift too but stop the hunger pangs. Kills me in the eves not to have choc thou or crisps! Ive been terrible past 3 wks, pure tiredness! Back on track now thou.

    Fair play to you – is that following the diet you sent me? I have read through it, but need to stock up on some foods – and its bloody tricky in work when the boss’ wife is here as she cooks lovely food – but generally ‘good’ food and she never takes no for an answer!

    Yeah its the same diet alright! It does be worthwhile after the 2 wks if i dont break down into the choc again!! So hard to be good sometimes! Shuh its the same when i go to Joes at weekends, his mam cooks somethin everyday n im ALWAYS the one to try them all! N that woman NEVER takes no for an answer either!! Must be that generation huh!
