    I just thought of something more practical than my last comment… try putting a hot water bottle where is it most sore. I did this when I had mystitis and it helped with the pain. Also have a warm bath and then brace yourself and gently try and ease the blockage out with your hand (ie smooth it forward towards your nipple). It will hurt so do it gently but you need to move the blockage out. And check with your GP about painkillers, ESPECIALLY if you do collect the milk to feed your dd.
