ww carrot cake.February 8, 2008 at 5:34 pm #54986SweetpeaMemberA little tip i got at ww last week, it might come in handy with that cuppa…….Cafe Noir biscuits are only half a point. 😯 😯 They wouldn’t be my favourite really but 2 for the price of 1 (points wise) means they’re at least dunkable and will fill that sugar craving when it hits ya 8)
February 9, 2008 at 9:34 am #54993ed1Participantoh deadly, thats a great tip. its something i am always on the look out for, low point biscuits as i always have to have a biscuit with a cuppa. i have the ww bars, the rich toffee ones, they are lovely but are 1.5 points so i do try to only have them as a treat while watching telly at night.
i stayed for my meeting this week. going to try to stay every week from now on.
