    SATURDAY

    Breakfast breadroll with sausage
    bite of a jambon

    Lunch was at kids party and had about 5 chips and slice of cake

    Dinner KFC salsa wrap 😳

    Snacks ww choc bar1.5pt
    tayto advantage wisps1.5pts

    750ml water

    not a great day at all 😳 😳 😳

    half glass milk

    Dinner (was out in brothers for a tea party for my nieces birthday)
    2 slices of garlic ciabiatta,
    2 cocktail sausages
    chicken curry and rice
    2 madiera buns
    slice of pavlova
    slice of cake
    tea
    would say i am well over points but had some saved and there is always tomorrow, 😳 😳 😳

    A little tip i got at ww last week, it might come in handy with that cuppa…….Cafe Noir biscuits are only half a point. 😯 😯 They wouldn’t be my favourite really but 2 for the price of 1 (points wise) means they’re at least dunkable and will fill that sugar craving when it hits ya 8)

    oh deadly, thats a great tip. its something i am always on the look out for, low point biscuits as i always have to have a biscuit with a cuppa. i have the ww bars, the rich toffee ones, they are lovely but are 1.5 points so i do try to only have them as a treat while watching telly at night.

    i stayed for my meeting this week. going to try to stay every week from now on.

    Tea 4 ww bread. sandwichspread on one sambo. chicken tikka pieces on other one and little mayo.
