750ml waterDinner Chicken fillet stuffed with low fat soft cheese and spring onion
with side saladSnacks Fat Free yogurt,
2 slices ww bread toasted with lf spread
1 choc bickie

That’ll be a year to Eleanor’s communion. I’m determined not to be fat in the photos. A year should allow me enough time to get in a bit better shape.
We never went out at xmas with Irene. Must organise a meet up.
