    Lunch 2 slices of ww white bread
    scrapping of cajun mayo
    tomato
    few chicken pieces
    tea
    750ml water

    Dinner Chicken fillet stuffed with low fat soft cheese and spring onion
    with side salad

    Snacks Fat Free yogurt,
    2 slices ww bread toasted with lf spread
    1 choc bickie
    750ml water

    Breakfast Cornflakes

    Lunch Half small tin of ww beans

    Fair play to you for starting over again. I’ve decided to back to WW again in May. That’ll be a year to Eleanor’s communion. I’m determined not to be fat in the photos. A year should allow me enough time to get in a bit better shape.

    We never went out at xmas with Irene. Must organise a meet up.

    Lunch 2 slice of white bread with little mayo and
    chicken and tomato
    5 spicy wedges 😳
    2 cups of tea

    Dinner BeLight Penne Ariabiata (???)

    Snack 2 slices ww bread toasted
    diet coke

    Lunch wrap with chicken, lettuce and tiny bit of ceasar mayo

    Dinner Bowl of pasta with light stir in sauce
    Picked a few chips from kids plate, couldnt resist

    Snack a few sweets from roses tin 😳

    Dinner rice with chicken in blackbean sauce from chinese. half portion as hubby shared with me.

    WW chocolate chip cookies are half price in Tesco at the moment ……they might come in handy 😆 😆
