My little 6year old has chickenpox.
It started with one spot yesterday – just one little spot – and by last night, she had about 30 spots.
This morning, she is covered in them. On her face, arms, torso, under her hair and in her mouth.
She is laying on the sofa here beside me, watching her fave movie while I’m working. my poor little chicken.
Seems a bad dose but she is a cheerful child and so far, all she wants is 7up. She is clingy but not crying. so far, so good. kinda.
Awwhh the poor thing, I found PoxClin mousse was very good for easing the itch and nice and cooling.
I’ve been using Ovelle Calamine cream and have to say, so far so good, she is not scratching at all.
she has them in her mouth though and I’m wondering, can I put bonjela on those?
she is a little trouper, not complaining too much but she is very clingy to me which is perfectly fine by me. I love cuddles!!!
