    Thought some of you may have been interested I saw an article in the Evening Herald about one of the girls from OT..Ciara she has lost another 7lbs since OT ended and is doing a marathon in Germany..( or something like that..dog has since weed on the paper and shredded it and I can’t remember full story)

    Did see the paper but she sends regular messages on facebook… very funny girls and so so nice
