Hi girls
I’m looking to join a gym in Drogheda with a creche, can anyone recommend? Also what is the membership?im in the westgate but not sure if the crech is open yet it is 1000 a year fro me dh and dd the creche is meant to be open this month

Im also in the westgate. Creche is not open for another 6-7 weeks. I was talking to the girl that will be runningit and she said that it will be €8 per hour and a half. Thats good as dublin is €8 for an hour. Im only really starting in the gym this week, had my assessment last week. Staffa re really friendly and it is quiet enough in the mornings.
IF U PLAN TO JOIN THE WESTGATE JOIN THIS WEEK THE POOL IS SET TO OPEN 29TH AND THE FEE IS GOING UP! I PAy 45 A MTH NOW ITS 50 AND WITH POOL TO BE 69. CRECHE I WAS TOLD IS OPENING TWO WEEKS AND WAS €4.00 AN HOUR. AH WELL THnk god for my mam!
Isn’t a bit of rob that you pay so much to use the gym and they want to charge extra for the creche as well €8 for 90 mins is pretty steep
god i know add it up! 8 euro 3 times a week 24 euro and bout a tenner so 34 euro a week to go to the gym.
put A in a play pen in front of Barney and run up and down the stairs – cost nothing 😆 😆 😆 he he he
Sorry not much help!! my neighbour goes to the one near smyths she says its fab 60 a month- no creche though 🙁

i too am looking for a gym with a creche, we’re members in the neptune only downside is never get to go coz no creche facilities….heard boyne valley have creche, but not so sure about their prices etc….

no i am joking the health club is totally separate from me.! thoug you get people in sometimes after going to gym and they are drinking lattes and eating scones 😯 save yourselves the cash .. have some water and run round the block 😆 😆
I am a member in the westgate and hafta say i love it…Just had my assesment recently and d staff r really friendy and down t earth..Thay also have really gud classes..Just bak from it now and had a latino aerobics class!!..it was gas!!..Really gud tho!!..And d pool is opening soon..I pay €50 a month which is quite gud i think..Dunno nething bout creche facilities but i do kno they hold classes for kids like if parents wanted to work out their kids can do a class at the same time!!.. 😆
Scole the bvcc is 650 a year (59 dd) and 100 joining fee, the creche is 4.50 an hour.
Westgate is fabwent over this evening and had a butchers, its 499 a year (50 dd) and no joining fee, the creche next door is 7.50 for an hour and a half. ( but have seen all different prices posted here, so we’ll have to wait and see) they have a special with no joining fee until the end of the week. Was so impressed with the amount of machines in Westgate 30 treadmills compared to about 5 in bvcc!
Thanks girls, I think my mind is made up with the WestgateAh cool Taylor thats where I am. I will be leaving B there three mornings a week when the creche opens. I have the flyer for a contact number for the girl that will be running the creche. Will dig it out for you.
