GTT test

have to get the 3 hour one done on tuesday can anyone tell me more about it.

hi rossylisa i had this done
you have to fast from night before – don’t drink anything, take anything(ie vitamins) not even chew gum apparently.
Then when you get there they will take blood and give you a syrupy drink to drink followed by glass of water, then they will take bloods an hour later, an hour after that and an hour after that.
Make sure to bring a good book or magazine with you
