    Hi

Please find an interesting study into Teen Smoking.
Exercise and sport are so important in development of young people, it gives focus and prevents boredom (a comon reason in taking up smoking).
With the winter months setting in its harder to stay active but with numerious clubs in Louth (Rugby, Soccer, GAA, Swimming, Boxing, Running, Gym’s, Bootcamps etc) options are available.

Remember 1 in every 2 smokers die of related illnesses, prevention is better than cure.

Great thread, its worrying that so many teens actually smoke nowadays with all the health warnings. This is good advice – even if they went to a dance class, anything that would encourage them to want clean lungs!

I smoked as a teen, to my shame about 40 a day!!!!
I gave up at 21 due to the fact i started swimming and my lungs were full of gunk!!! It took years and years to clear my lungs…. i also got my first new car and i used the money from smoking to pay for my flash car… a punto 😆 😆 😆 😆
