This is a wonderful collection of Nursery Rhymes and childhood songs, verses and curiosities; including favourites like ‘Humpty Dumpty’, ‘Janey Mac’ and songs such as ‘Are ye right there Michael’ and ‘Mocking Bird’.

It is beautifully illustrated and contains lots of traditional rhymes that parents will remember from their own childhoods.

We had a boy aged 8 review this book and he said
‘This is a great book. I like the way the words rhyme and I liked the songs and singing them with my mammy & daddy who knew actions for some of them too. I think other boys & girls would really like this book. I have read it twice already and have been reading it to my sister and she really likes it too.’

This one gets a big thumbs up from us!
