    Hi all i have just found out that my DS is number 146 on the list for 2010 has anyone out there had a child that far down on the list and still got in.

    I was talking to the girl in the office earlier this year (adding ds2 to the list) my ds1 is 76 on the 2010 list, she told me not to worry as they had well into the 100’s this year and EVERYONE got offered a spot…. You will get a better idea in March or April when they comprise the short list, they said alot of mothers put the names down in 2 or 3 schools, dont forget that alot of mums will be sending to the Irish School…. I have my ds1 down in 3 schools, Im thorn between the 3 schools….. Dont worry too much its very very possible he will get a place!

    Taylor 5, thanks for the reply I have done the same and am also torn between three places but am leaning towards Le Cheile so when i heard where he was on the list got a bit worried. It’s like everything really when you think the option may be gone you want it more. 😳

    I know its like when your on a diet the chocolate in the pressing is CRYING out to be eaten 🙄 😆 😆 😆

    Think positive, just think alot of mums will have names in 3 or more schools and 1/3 of the list might be going to Irish school and the other 1/3 to the local national school…… fingers crossed
