I didn’t get out of my car as there was a sign on the window of the Bargain Basement saying they had moved, so maybe its only that part that has moved and not the main shop at all. Going to give them a ring today to confirm and will let you all know.

Good news, got a phonecall this morning to say that they have a school jumper for me, so panic over. Still a lesson to be learnt for me going forward.

Thanks for all your replies. Ended up getting a new Bosch washing machine because I could have replaced the part that was broken and then a few months down the line the repair man said that I could end up having to replace the control panel. Didn’t think it was worth it in the end and got a new machine with a 2yr labour and 5 yr parts guarantee.

Can you tell me what their call out charge is?

Well girls, I went there last night for a meal and I wasn’t disappointed, the food was delicious, well presented and plenty of it. My dh had the steak and he said it was the best he has tasted. I had rack of lamb and it was really good. There is a very good choice on the menu and the prices aren’t bad either. So give it a go and decide for yourself.
