Thanks for all the replies..really appreciate it. There seems to be a fair difference in what people are paying and also for the length of the sessions. I might have a chat with them about it and see if there is any leeway with either the cost or length of session…I can but try!

Any of the ads that I have seen in local shops are for young teenagers looking for babysitting jobs and I am looking for someone 18 or over. Suppose I am looking for others mom’s recommendations, not an easy thing leaving your lo with anyone other than family..Maybe I should place the ad stating what we’re looking for!
