oh, and to answer your question about morning meals…i lived on porridge with cinnamon for 4 months. very filling, and didn’t affect my numbers too much, if made with water. Dairy can skyrocket your numbers as well, as lactose is a sugar.

Yes, i’d check with your doctor, I’m pretty sure its the 3rd trimester that flying is a no-no. I was 6 weeks pregnant with twins last year on our trip to America. And CONGRATULATIONS!! 😀
