The Adult lessons will start on Tuesday 29th October and Thursday 31st October. We have four different levels, non swimmer, beginner, intermediate and advance.
The courses are for 8 weeks and cost €80.

We are starting a new term of Pilates from 29th October. The course is 6 weeks and cost €70. Beginners are very welcome.
