HI there Eve-K!
I also had a very strong let-down issue with my now-four-month-old. It was hard for her to cope with as she even sometimes would gag or cough a bit with the surge of milk, and it did (and still sometimes does) result in her getting a lot of wind because of gulping in air. not sure if this will help but our 2 year 3 month old son has also been a difficult one with the toothbrushing. 🙂 what we discovered works most of the time is to brush with 2 toothbrushes (him on lap of either me or dh) – one for my son and one for the adult who’s doing the brushing. We tell him ‘we’ll do it together’ and take turns. Ok it’s your…[Read more]

Thanks for sharing this article, which brings about such a lively and worthwhile discussion. And I’m so glad someone also posted another link that gives some more details about the Wax study. Am contemplating a home birth and ‘scare articles’ such as the one in the Daily Mail can really make a lasting impression on someone if there were no other…[Read more]

Hi Wonderwoman!

Anyway, the thing that’s worked most for us is the Weleda teething granules. You can get them from the health food shop at the bottom of Stockwell Street (it’s on the corner). They provided my son with…[Read more]
