    Don’t know about that HMM!! Really need to get this off me and I want to do it more now than before so that should be good.

    10 mins exercise bike, 50 sit ups! 😯
    tea, 4 digestives (plain)

    jeez yvone, 50 sit ups 😯 😯 if i did 10 sit ups i wouldnt be able to walk for a week 😳 😳 i am so unfit. ❗

    They can be hard Munchin!!! I force myself to do them, I need to tighten up my jelly belly!!

    Thanks Taylor, but slipped a bit yesterday! The only thing is that I am not snacking anywhere NEAR as much as I used to.
