Ah god, this is just terrible.
The same thing happened to my neice and her boyfriend last year in drogheda, beside mcdonalds, well they werent left for dead, but badly attacked by group of male youths, while they were on their way to bus station. It was awful, boys were actually hitting my neice who was just 15 at the time. It had such an affect on them.
It is such a sorry state of affairs.
It puts the fear of god in me for my children.
