Have you noticed any of the following
Behavioural changes – very cross and irritable or particularly clingy or very sensitive?
Picking or rubbing their nose a lot?
Change in appetite – always hungry?
    Grinding teeth at night?
    Crys out at night?
    Pain around the naval area?
    Itchy bum?

Consider checking for worms at night. I wrote about this a while back but as it is something that is so prevalent in schools and payschools I thought it was worth reminding people about it again. Check over a few nights before bedtime.

it is good to know the signs. our daughter had it a few years ago and we were able to treat it quickly – it was realizing she had it that was the problem because we had no experience of it and we could not understand why she was so unsettled. once we knew what we were dealing with, we could sort it out.
