    Hi to all you fabulous mammies out there, hope you have had a chance to check out our class times in Drogheda & Bettystown. With September fast approaching I’ll be looking to start a morning class and would love to hear from you, would you come, what time would suit………..

    I would say about 10-10.30am because thats give time to drop the kids off and get organised before heading to the class. Also, alot of mammies have kiddies in playschool and the pick up time is usually 12 so that would give time to go to the class.

    And that would give time to hit the beach for a powerwalk or jog :o
