    The ANANDA CENTRE MINI MARATHON MASSAGE PROGRAM is for you!

    Whilst a comprehensive warm down stretching routine will help, you can’t beat a decent Therapeutic Massage on your ITB’s Hamstrings and Calves to keep them injury free and in tip top condition.

    Week 1 – Deep Tissue Massage to improve flexibility as well as take care of muscle problems before they impair performance. Massage helps to prevent injury and reduce recovery time from many sports related injuries.
    Week 2 – Deep Tissue Massage continuing to help relieve and reduce the stress and tension that can build up within the body’s soft tissues while exercising or training.
    Week 3 – (at least 3 days before event) Warm up of muscles and tendons through the use of invigorating techniques in preparation for intensive use. Pre-event work also gives you the chance to prepare mentally for maximal performance.
    Week 4 – Post event massage can help relax tight muscles, relieve cramping and reduce recovery time. Decreased muscle soreness is an added benefit!

    For an advance payment of just 150 euro you can have four 45 minute sessions (3 in the weeks before the race and 1 after.)
    Included in the treatment – passive stretches, tips for the marathon and stretches to do yourself.
