hiya do you know if you can use a single duvet for a toddler cot/bed just seems to be kicking off the current cot bed cover it’s 4.5 tog but just wondering can you get proper cot/bed duvet sets or a safe tog? single bed duvet? thanks

he doeswear the all in one suits but loves snuggling into his duvet he’s longer than it nearly but would be nice to get hima proper duvet for when he does grow out of it…doesn’t like the grow bags he had one when was a baby and was fab he loved being swaddled but just that little bit fusier now sometimes battle to get the all in one suits on…..

I just ordered my DS the little racing car bed from Argos……this is an attempt to get him out of our bed…..i love him in our bed where he sleeps every night….but DH not so keen….

Have a baby quilt i may use for a while and try him in his big grow bag……..but he hates covers sleeps all night long on top of covers and if i tuck him under throws legs out in his sleep……i do worry what covers i will use as i think he will find grow bag too restrictive as he hasnt been in one for months…….

any suggestions will be really interested as well……

Scole I seen duvets for cots on a site they were from finland, but cost 170 euro. He will be going to a bed soon with just a normal quilt

There is a lady at the Red Stables Farmers Market in Raheny that does really lovely handmade bed quilts and pram quilts as well. She adds textures and has loads of designs and will also monogram them for you. They cost €60, but they are the kind of thing you would pass on.
If you are interested I can pass on her mobile. Let me know.

Personally I use a twin duvet and just tuck it under the cot bed, its huge but DS loves the cover and is very warm.

You can get child sized sleeping bags – now im nottalking about the grow bags, but a smaller sleeping bag than an adult one – thing is, its left my brain as to where you can get them… maybe google it?
