    Hi Guys

    The New Tai Chi Class is set to start Wednesday May 4th at 8pm.

    We have an introductory offer price of €115 for 7 weeks (normal €135)

    Tai Chi is the art of slow fluid movements designed to improve your concentration, core control, co-ordination and balance.

    The combination of mental and physical activity work to harmonise the mind, body and spirit and promote feelings of wellbeing.
