    Vinegar is great to remove the pain, but you’ll stink to high heaven

    Calamine lotion or just good old Fashioned "Sudocream" is great for sunburn,

    I did the mini marathon yeaterday, it was so, so, so hot. Got a little sun burned myself on my shoulders even though i had a high factor suncream on but thankfuly not hurting me today.

    i had factor 30 on think ill have to get factor 40

    you have to keep reapplying the factor!!!!!!!

    i 2nd calamine lotion and after sun, nivea do a fab one, really cools you down!!! and stops the peeling too 🙂
    have some on my back and arms from sunday 🙁
