    Hi Guys

    Just released our New Summer Timetable :D

    We have a few new additional class to meet our client needs, including:

    Men’s Only Class Wednesdays at 7.30pm
    (Get the Husbands in shape for the Hols :wink: )

    Lower Back Recovery Class Thursday mornings at 11.15
    (For those Post Op or with a history of back problems. A gentle class focusing on recovery and strengthing)

    And due to popular demand a new Pregnancy Pilates Class Wednesdays at 6.20pm
