Has anyone tried the stretch n grow classes? If so could you let me know what its like and realistically what age its suitable for?

Please have a look at our website http://www.stretch-n-grow.ie for a list of all activities that take place in our classes. I teach in pre schools throughout Louth to ages 2-4 yr olds and also in Primary schools from 4 – 12 yr olds.

we use stretch n grow in our naionra once a week, its fantastic, honest.
the kids absolutely love it. i would say you could use it for 2 year olds up to maybe 5 year olds ( they might do activities for older ages i dont know as i dont have children any older than 4 at present).
its great for the kids confidence, energy and socialising skills, listening skills and muscle development.
i would definitely recommend it if i could afford it i woul dhave them in more often.
