Today is #StressAwarenessDay so I thought I’d start a conversation for anyone who feels under pressure at the moment and might want to share what you are going through. Are you stressed? are you worried? you can talk about anything on here. no-one is here to judge, we are all here to help & support each other.
I’ve been so stressed over past 4 weeks, dealing with injury and fall out of a car accident, that its made me ill. But thankfully, after taking some time off (lots of pajama days) I am slowly getting better. Being able to talk about it & share my worries and feelings really helps.
