Step aerobics is a high calorie/fat burning exercise. You will get a truly amazing all over body workout with great results. Prepare to sweat during this class! Also included are specific exercises for bums and tums along with exercise tips you can do at home.
Orla Walsh is a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer and specialises in step aerobics. Places are limited. Step is supplied. Classes are in St. Raphaela’s, Kilmacud, South Dublin every Monday and Wednesday night at 7.30 p.m. – 8.30 p.m.
