The NEW St Mary’s Parish School, Drogheda are hosting a soical night, information night, and fundraising launch night all rolled into one.

Please come along and support it either if your child is currently attending Scoil Mhuire Fatima or St Mary’s Boys School, Congress Ave. Perhaps you are a Past pupil, or you will be a pupil of the future…or maybe you are just interested in what is happening?? Come along and join us.

What was the outcome?

I herad that they dont have enough money to finish school, is this true?

Will it be opening as planned in September? What is the plan?

I didnt get to the meeting but they do have the money to finish the school but they are fundraising for equipment.

hi maria i hope your well… there are always fundraisers when a new school is opening, there are alot of hidden costs that arent factored into the budget. i was talking to a teacher from st marys and she said their plan is to start moving stuff over from April and school will open in September

The raffle is for extra’s in new school… Lovely pictures – on websites

The raffle is been launched this week – Its €10 a ticket great prizes
€5000, – 1st
€2500. 2nd
€1000 3rd
€500 4th
€100 x 10 5th etc

Its a mixed School . opening in september…
You go down to Congress or Fatmia to register.
The new uniform is navy – all will be available in Mens Shop in Shop Street..

Taylor, I m grand only have a few weeks left.

The school is state of the art so I m sure the teachers, parents etc want state of the art equipment to go into it and we all know how much those things can add up.

The plans that were on display in St Marys Church were very impressive. Hopefully ds2 will be starting there in September, hes hoping the builders leave a digger or 2 behind for him to play on 😆 😆

Maria the school looks amazing alright, delighted for the local kids, the old school buildings give me the shivers!! Cant believe your ds2 is starting school…
