Yesterday i started to diet, i had a bowl for breakfast a nice lunch then a bowl for dinner
Not the best of diets!!
anyone else done this diet? any tips for me!!I haven’t done it so can’t comment other than…
Am sorry to say but dh works 4 cerael company (!)and says it’s full of natiness that no good 4 u in long term is u eatin it that much.
But on + side, he says u will defo lose weight on it, but that’s coa u starvin! Not enough nutrients in it 2 ikeep u goin/
But is a quick fix…
ya i was thinking "this is not going to work…. 😯 " ha ha
