Spd – yeuck! Have it too, but mild so far this time. Was crippled on DS2 with it. Mum has had a knee replacement & two hip replacements & for the first time I was able to identify with her.
Have started doing pilates classes, but can’t do half the exercises. Still, have always made a decent recovery after the birth so am optimistic. Have learned the secret – take it as easy as possible (even if it goes against all instincts). It is not laziness – it is self-preservation!
