Heard a rumour of a family who get a cheque from community welfare for clothes. Bought them in a large store with the cheque and then went to the next town and got a cash refund???? Is this possible????
never heard of geting a cheque from social welfare for clothes!!!!!! but i suppose it all depends on the descretion of each CWO.
Yesits possible to exchange the clothes and get cash refund, but then again its up to the store as legally they dont have to give money back if nothing is wrong with the clothes.
yes i think it is possible . I have heard of bonus cheques handed out to buy clothes for different seasons, but would think it crazy for the clothing store to give them back there money like that. Usually stores don’t give refunds on such a high amount.
