I just want to say I think its absolutely horrific that cancer victims from Sligo will have to travel to Galway for treatment as part of the HSE cutbacks and centralisation policies.
If there is a petition we can sign or TD we can lobby, let us know…
I would like to support the campaigners I heard in the media today, to have this awful decision overturned.
The idea of someone travelling from Galway to Sligo, post chemoor radiation therapy is truly horrible.
It should be people before politics. Our country is being run into the ground from a health standpoint.
